Inspection Calendar
Every facility’s rounds, on one calendar.
A monthly perimeter here, interiors every two weeks there, fly lights weekly while the season runs — and the kitchen that calls on a Thursday. Pesvaro is built to hold each facility’s program as recurring inspections, put every one on the Inspection Calendar and tell your client when you are coming.
One facility, one program
Three rhythms, set once. The year schedules itself.
Larkmoor Foods’ bakery plant is serviced on three cycles. Each one goes in as a recurring inspection; from then on, the Inspection Calendar and your client’s inbox keep up on their own.
- Open the facilityThe bakery plant and its first inspection: Tuesday, October 6, arriving at 8:00 AM. Arrival times run from 7 AM to 6 PM in 15-minute steps.
- The perimeter, monthlyThe exterior bait stations go on a monthly series. How often each part of a program is visited comes from your contract and the client’s risk assessment — Pesvaro holds the rhythm you set.
- The interior, every two weeksLoading dock, dry storage, production and packing on a second series, every two weeks, ending after the number of visits the contract term covers.
- Fly lights, weekly in seasonThe insect light traps on a weekly series that stops on the date you set as the end of the active season. Every inspection in every series is its own record from the first day.
- Your client is toldWith the client email on, Larkmoor’s QA lead hears that the first inspection is booked, what time to expect you and how often you’ll be back.

Six accounts, one October.
Every account’s series lands on the same Inspection Calendar, so the month shows where each technician will be and which facilities are due — before anyone asks.

The call-out
A kitchen calls on Wednesday. You’re there Thursday at seven.
Ferrand Bistro’s head chef reports activity behind the dish station. A one-off inspection goes onto Thursday before the kitchen opens, ahead of the two inspections already booked — and Dana’s day reads as a route, stop by stop.

- A one-off inspection drags to another day if the plan changes; a recurring series keeps its rhythm.
- Cancel one inspection, record why, and the client is emailed.
- A completed or invoiced inspection stays fixed on its day.
Recurring inspections
The contract’s cycle, entered once.
Everything a recurring program needs is set when the series is created, then left to the Inspection Calendar.
- 01
A rhythm for each part of the program
The perimeter, the interior and the fly lights are separate series on the same facility, each with its own frequency and technician.
- 02
An end that fits the contract — or the season
Stop a series after a set number of inspections, from 1 to 365, or on a date: the end of the contract term, or the end of the active season.

Every inspection a record of its own
When the series is set up, every inspection in it is created at once, carrying the series’ work and price — so the full contract term is laid out ahead and each inspection can be opened by itself.

One Prevention Plan approves the series
The recurring program is quoted once as a Service Proposal. When your client approves it, every inspection in the series is approved with it.

Questions
About the Inspection Calendar
Is the Inspection Calendar available today?
Not yet. Pesvaro launches with the Inspection Calendar, recurring inspections, technician assignment and the client emails; what you see here are illustrations built on invented accounts.
Can one facility have different frequencies for different areas?
Yes. Create a series for each part of the program — a monthly perimeter, interiors every two weeks, fly lights weekly — on the same facility. Each series keeps its own rhythm and its own end date.
Does Pesvaro decide how often a facility should be inspected?
No. Frequencies come from your contract and your client’s risk assessment. Pesvaro schedules the rhythm you set and keeps every inspection on the record.
How do I fit in a call-out?
Add a one-off inspection on the day and time you’ll be there and assign the technician. If the plan changes, drag it to another day.
Does Pesvaro plan the order of the day’s stops for me?
Each technician’s day lists the inspections in the order of the times you set. Pesvaro doesn’t reorder or optimize routes for you.
